These terms apply to all orders placed through this website with DMC Engineering (ABN [ABN]).
Quotes and Orders
Prices shown are current at time of order and may change without notice for future orders. Once an order is placed and paid for, the price is locked in. Custom Ute Tray orders are quoted individually based on your requirements before any payment is taken.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production and Lead Times
Products are made to order. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of order or quote and may vary based on current workload, materials, and powder coat availability. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
Customer Specifications
Custom products are manufactured to the exact specifications provided by the customer at time of order. DMC Engineering is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications submitted by the customer.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup is available from our workshop in Ormeau/Luscombe, QLD, by arrangement. Delivered pricing applies to metro and major regional areas within Australia only. Remote or rural areas outside standard shipping zones may incur additional freight charges — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your location qualifies.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates only. DMC Engineering is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed in transit, we will do our best to assist you in following up with the courier.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DMC Engineering's liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
