RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Most of our products, including Tailboards and Ute Trays, are custom-made to order based on the specifications you provide (dimensions, powder coat colour, accessories, etc.). Because of this:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has entered production.
If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible via our Instagram @dmc_aus — we can accommodate changes before fabrication begins, but not after.
Custom products are manufactured to the exact specifications provided by the customer at time of order. DMC Engineering is not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications submitted by the customer. Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order.
Powder coat colours: Colours may vary slightly from digital representations. Please consider this before selecting a powder coat option.
Faulty or defective items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or doesn't match the specifications you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery/pickup with photos and your order number. We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. If your order is being delivered, please photograph any visible damage to packaging before signing for delivery.
This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
