SHIPPING POLICY

Pickup: Available from our workshop at 81 Shaws Pocket Road, Luscombe, QLD , 4207, by arrangement. We'll contact you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.
Delivery: Delivery cost is included in the price shown for delivered items — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout. Delivered pricing applies to metro and major regional areas within Australia. Remote or rural areas outside standard shipping zones may incur additional freight charges. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us via Instagram @dmc_aus before placing your order.
Estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed with you once your order is in production, as this depends on fabrication lead time in addition to transit time. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Shipping delays: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates only. DMC Engineering is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed in transit, we will do our best to assist you in following up with the courier.
Shipping damage: Please photograph any visible damage to packaging before signing for or accepting delivery, and contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
